So, ( Everytime, when ) I turn on PC, and as soon as the desktop shows up, I open Task Manager and I see 50% memory ! 8.0GB / 16GB
I have 16 GB.
What is the problem ?

Yup, it's 64 bit version. And there is 50 percent usage of my installed RAM.
But even if I have 20% usage, by a time It will increase back to 50% usage.
When I start to play a game, only then It will show more than 50% memory usage.

And I can already see, that Memory starting to increase http://prntscr.com/a59ttm.
It had 13%, now it has 24%

When you first boot up, I would expect your memory usage to go up as delayed start up and other background processes begin to run. You may have Windows Update and various programs searching for or downloading updates. If you monitor your usage, does it level off or go down after awhile? You might run a few malware scans, limit what programs load at startup and check the task scheduler for things you don't need.

It goes down only for like 2% and then it goes back up...
Is there something uneccesary in my startup impact ? http://prntscr.com/a5a54d
And these are the things, that are currently running http://prntscr.com/a5a5w7

I compared your running processes to mine. You have about 3 times as many, so I don't think your memory usage is out of line. You can disable any programs you use infrequently to load at startup. Are you having some sort of problem because of the memory usage?
