Dont buy the ati radeon 5450 because it is entry level gpu and not a gaming gpu it is just for 1080p video playbacks.IF your Power supply is about 300W+ then go ahead for nvidia GTX 750 .It is a nice card for 1080p gaming on low to mid settings and is not power hungry and your cpu will not bottleneck GTX 750 . AMD radeon 5450 is waste of money either overclocking it will not give any FPS boost.

Your psu will not handle because combined output exceeds. Upgrade PSU and then install gtx 750 or gtx 750ti both are amazing cards try this its a nice decent cheap psu http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Continuous-Warranty-Supply-100-W1-0430-KR/dp/B00H33SDR4/ref=sr_1_4?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1455898943&sr=1-4&keywords=400+w+psu it will run your systems without any troubles.
