I have gigabyte ga-b85-d3h motherboard. Does it support nvidia GeForce gtx 960 2gb?

Yes it does support the card , just make sure you have a decent power supply with the right specs to run it.
A GeForce GTX 960 needs 20 amps on te 12v+ rail and a 400 watt power supply with at least 1 6+2 pin PCIE power connection.
Most need a just 6 pin but a couple use a 8 pin.
