Need a SATA III 3 port PCIe for SSD. Suggest for host adapter?

2 or 3 years ago, when I was going for my first SDD, I researched 20 or so adapters and none of them were worth it. Speeds of disks that really make any difference are 4K reading and writing as well as access times and they are barely affected by SATA2.
I haven't found any that can match speeds of SATA3 controllers on mobos. SSD would work just fine on SATA2, not likely to notice difference in real use. Add to that possible problems for booting and it really doesn't pay to bother with them unless you need more ports.

Thanks Mike for the suggestion. I may stick with what I have but was hoping for a cheap upgrade even if it wasn't as fast as possible. An increase in speed could save time and money in the long-run as I use FileMaker and very large Excel worksheets on this computer and sorting can take a long time.
