Well, I finished some upgrades a few days ago and everything was working fine. I shut it down last night before I went to bed by alt+f4 and everything seemed normal. I went to boot it up about 20 minutes ago and I got no video. It never booted, and never detected my keyboard or mouse. So I pulled it open to see what's up and everything looks normal. Except my GPU. The fans start, then stop. Then about 5-8 seconds later it does it again. It just keeps doing that. Another thing worth mentioning might be that I have to hard reset my computer to turn it off now.
