email-how to remove header (services@paypal.co.uk) from sent emails

so my friend at work came to me with wierd problem saying that every time he sends email from his gmail account, person receiving email says that is sent from (services@paypal.co.uk)his mail blabla@gmail.co.uk
does anyone know what is going on? seems to someone is using his mail somehow despite changing password.
Hope someone can sheed some light on it. thx

did he receive and notification when someone or even him acces is g-mail from where the message was sent and the computer naem and ip address .

he is using gmail app on android, i did not had time to check it from web but when ill see him ill take a look if this happens as well. maybe he need to reset phone or maybe someone binded his mail to fake paypal account. i have seen some post on google about spoofing it somehow.

If it a gmail apps. check the apps settings.
