Hi guy so I having debate which gaming laptop to get, they about the same price and same spec but little different,
Asus G752 / 24GB Ram / 1TB&256SSD / GTX 970M 6GB / Full HD 17.3"
MSI Ghost Pro 4K / 16GB Ram / 1TB&128SSD , GTX 970M 6GB/ 4K Display 15.6"
They both same price 1899$, I have previous MSI GS 60 running GTX 870m but I want to upgrade and it a hard choice for me, I won't mind the weight because I will station laptop in my room.

I think a 4k screen in a 15.6" laptop is a bit wasted, plus the 970M video card won't be able to game properly without knocking down the resolution to 1080 anyway. Of those two, I'd take the Asus, larger screen (which is good for a desktop replacement), larger SSD to load more games on for faster load times. The extra RAM does not really matter, 16 is as good as 24 in any game.

I am going to have to agree with Hang-the-9. 4k on a 15.6 will not be much of a use compared to a 17.3 inch screen for gaming. Double the SSD space to store your main games on. Install your less resource hungry games on the 1 tb. I’ve had issues with dying light on a 5400 rpm 1tb max settings. Good luck and happy shopping!
