Getting a new graphics card recommendations?

So i have a GTX 960 2gb so i want to upgrade to something better and thinking about spending 350 at most i saw a 970 4gb on new egg but there are so many different kinds what im looking at currently is this :

new cards from both nvidia and amd are expected in summer time, I would recommend waiting until then because a 960 is pretty solid

If you don't want to wait the GTX 970 or R9 390 would be a good choice. $310 for that 970 is a fair price.

May I ask what power supply you're using?

GTX 960 is a nice and decent GPU my suggestion to wait and increase budget and buy GTX 980Ti enthusiast GPU.

see the thing with that is the 980 ti is about 650 im not really trying to increase the budget as i college is killing me XD, so im trying to spend the 350 ish on my credit card and pay it off slowly after that

Your power supply is great and should support either card. The R9 390 and GTX 970 perform similarly for gaming, the GTX 970 usually having the advantage at 1080p and the R9 390 at higher resolutions.
