Hello I have a buddy (we just hang out, hes very bragging about himself and his stuff, kinda annoying) and he has a R9 370 4GB by MSI with an slight overclock on a FX 6300 and when I say something about BF4 hes always like yeah I get 80+ FPS on Ultra settings 4x MSAA at 1920x1080. Me on the other hand have a Sapphire R9 380 Dual-X 2GB and a i5-4460 at 1920x1080 and first of all he always says how Sapphire isn't good at all, thats my first question is Sapphire a good company when it comes to AMD cards. Second question is (I don't have any proof right now, just texted him to send me some) why I can only handle BF4 at high settings at around 80 to upper 130's all the time but when I got Ultra I average like 50, is that extra 2GB doing this to me, I have now Idea how a R7 370 4GB can even handle high let alone Ultra, please someone tell me if hes bullshitting me (which he probably is) or how this works, i'm astonished, thanks in advanced.

Hes likely bs'ing, ive had a r9 270x msi gaming edition, it was a 2gb model. I played on ultra with like 2xmsaa or something and i avged like mid 60's on while using mantle. That was on a 8320 at 4.1Ghz and 8GB of memory.
