I Want to make a computer with ASUS X99 E WS/USB 3.1(Supports up to 3200MHz DDR4 RAM) and with Intel Xeon E5 2699v3(Supports up to 2133MHz DDR4 RAM), I choose CORSAIR Dominator Platinum Series 128GB (8 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 2800MHz Memory Kit for the RAM. I Want to know does it works and if it works whether there is a problem with that. If this doesn't work i want to downgrade my RAM speed to 2133MHz. Please help me to solve this problem.

Notice that anything over 2133 is overclocked meaning you could need to tweak some settings to get it to run at that speed.
I don't think anybody here will tell you yes that memory will work and you can get it to run at advertised speeds. Although you might get it to work at advertised speeds.

What DRAM you can run is more dependent on the CPU (it's MC (memory controller)) than so the mobo. Going with DRAM above the CPU Spec can require an OC of the CPU and the Xeon's don't OC. That brings it to what your individual Xeon can handle, which can differ from CPU to CPU depending on the silicon lottery. I'd guess 2400 and maybe 2666, going higher may require downclocking the DRAM and tightening the timings. If planning to run 128GB - I'd go with 2133 or 2400.
