How many watts do I need for my build?

I honestly wouldn't buy anything less than a good quality 550w, and most likely a 650w. No, you don't need it, but that seems to be the sweet spot for deals on Psu's. I'd also recommend buy a semi/fully modular unit as well. In that range, 400w+ there are several units around the 70 dollar mark after MiR that would work perfectly. This one would be my pick:

Buy a 400w+ 80 GOLD decent psu like EVGA Corsair Seasonic more Power supply will give you extra room for overclocking in future.
