I'm wondering if I should upgrade my gpu or keep my current one and upgrade something else.
My current PC specs
CPU i5 4690k
GPU ASUS GTX 750 Ti
RAM 8GB DDR3
Motherboard ASUS H81M Plus
PSU 430W
Also this PC is mainly used for gaming.

your cpu is fine and handle any card you throw at it. i would recommend you upgrade your power supply and get a new graphics card, depending on your budget we can suggest a few cards for you that we recommend around that price point. also this is my opinion personally, i would upgrade your motherboard to a z97 board so you can overclock your cpu, but if you dont plan on overclocking then dont bother upgrading your motherboard.

$600 range 980ti.
$300-350 range, gtx 970/r9 390
$180-200 range r9 380(i dont recommend the 960)

I have a budget of around $200 or less so I think I'll get the r9 380 or the z97 but I don't know much about amd or motherboards so I'm not sure which I should get do you have a suggestion? Also if I get the r9 380 will I need to upgrade my power supply? Thanks for your help.

any gpu upgrade would require you to get a new power supply

your motherboard has a pcie slot, you can upgrade to whatever you wanted
