Greetings, I have never built a computer in my life, nor do I know whats best to make one, so I am asking for advice on the best parts to build one so I am asking out of fear of messing up royally.

I am looking to play games like World Of Tanks, Mount and Blade, Fallout 3-4 and Skyrim along with other modern games on high or max at at least 60 Fps 720p-1080p.

I do not need a monitor, mouse or keyboard however, I would greatly appreciate some suggestions for the future. I would prefer as high performance as possible for the budget. I don't care for looks.

I don't care for overclocking(mostly because i don't know how).

I can push the Budget up $50 or $100 if need be.

Thanks!

Thanks for the response! I am just wondering what are the performance benchmarks for it, or maybe a comparison to another pc build?

There's tons of videos benchmarking Intel i5 / R9 380 combos on youtube. Bottom line is, it will run any new games on high settings and some on ultra with acceptable fps at 1080p. The CPU is one of Intel's newest Skylake models and uses fast DDR4 memory. The R9 380 is a bit faster than a GTX 960 on most games. With your budget in CAD this is the best parts list you're likely to get.
