hey guys, so I have this pci express sata and pata card in my desktop and 2 blu ray readers plugged into it and windows will not automatically install the driver. I cannot find any information on the card other then gen-115 for a model number and this link that has the same card on it

http://

can anyone give me a hand in finding a win 7 driver?! thanks!

Tricky thing to hunt for. Does the chip (small square black chip) have any markings as to who made that? since that could possibly point towards correct direction.
Googling for a bit claims that 95% or more of pci express sata cards have native support for win7 and above OS so drivers wouldn't be needed. This is likely chinese copy though and as such it might need it's own driver.

The page also claims:

1.Supports 6Gbps SATA III 2 ports.
2.Compliant with PCI Express 2.0, Supports communication speed of 2.5Gbps and 5.0 Gbps.
3.Compliant with Serial ATA Specification 3.0, Supports communication speeds of 6.0Gbps,3.0Gbps,and 1.5Gbps
4.Supports Gen 1i, Gen 1x, Gen 2i, Gen 2m, Gen 2x, and Gen 3i
5.Supports Port Multiplier FIS based switching or command based switching.
6.Supports Native Command Queuing (NCQ)
7.Support AES-256
8.Supports ATA/ATAPI-7 specification, supports ATA and ATAPI commands
9.Supports DMA protocols, and up to UDMA 150MBps data transfer rate
10.Supports Master and Slave operations from a single port
11.Completely with drivers for 64bit / 32bit Windows 7, Vista, XP and Server 2003

That last bit, 11, claims it ships with drivers (or bad translation means it wont) Gmax which is it's manufacturer seems to do a LOT of stuff for random orders. Probably due to mainly supplying others, they don't bother with providing downloads/drivers themselves.

Edit:
googling for the more recent GEN-193 card, it seems it uses marvel chip 88SE9128
which has drivers on the bottom:

The earlier GEN-115 is still a mystery though.
Also keep in mind that seemingly Marvel doesn't supply sata drivers themselves either so any and all downloads are from elsewhere.
A lot of discussion about said drivers on evga forums:
