Looking for a low budget decent quality laptop

So, my current laptop as of right now is, well, not the best to say the least. It runs Minecraft on its lowest settings (with optifine, which improves your fps as it gives extra settings that you can decrease) at max 40-50 fps when nothing is going on.... and then drops to 10-15 fps when I'm in a crowded area on a server or pvping, sometimes lower. Now I believe that says a lot as there are many other popular games out there that are much more resource intensive than MC.

I am looking to buy a new laptop, something that is low budget but can play games at a medium quality at a decent fps. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be amazing. Links to laptops and their specs / price ranges for what I'm talking about are great too.

Now of course I mentioned only the game Minecraft on here because I don't believe my laptop could even handle anything that was more resource intensive so I've never tried to play games on here that I might have wanted to like Witcher 3 or Dark Souls or Bloodborne.... or a lot of other games....

If you guys want to know my laptop's current specs... then here's my DxDiag log!
(I cut a lot of it out because it reached the character limit and well most of it does not matter.)
NOTE: I had to buy the 8G of ram as it used to have only 4G of ram and well that resulted in several freezes and crashes as my memory usage went up to 80% with just minecraft open and up to 95% or higher with simply a browser with youtube or really anything else open.

So, I checked out the laptop and it seems pretty good, much better than any other laptop that price. I still don't know as the reviews talk about how the screen and the track pad is bad. Also my budget hasn't been completely decided right now but I know it won't be a lot.
