Create F11 Recovery Partition on Win 7 OEM

A few years ago, I bought a Acer notebook that came Win 8 and I immediately replaced it with Win 7 OEM. This process deleted all Acer drivers along with the recovery partition (originally Win 8). Now, my computer is a bit slow due to all the cookies and small amounts of spyware that's on my PC.

I'd like to do a clean install of Win 7 OEM and then make an F11 bootable recovery partition which will eliminate my need for the OEM disk. What is the best way to do this? Is it possible to do this to include the Acer factory drivers that came with the PC or the ones I can download their support site?

I know I can do a clean install and then create a partition and save an image using System Restore but my question above is a bit different - it has to do with creating a factory-like reboot tool.

Thank you

Once you've got the basic install with all the drivers, use a tool like Macrium Reflect.
Create an image with that, on its own partition.
Then, you can create a bootable Rescue media (DVD or USB), or "Add a boot menu option to start the Reflect recovery environment"

So, no matter what I have to use some type of 3rd party tool like the ones guys mentioned above or Acronis, correct? There is no way to do this without 3rd party software. I know some utilities have a bit of spyware on them and I'm worried that they'll install some that will always run in the background. My experience with Acronis last time was good, though.

After I do this, will Acronis/programs above still be on my PC?

It's either the System Recovery in Windows (which I generally avoid), or a tool from someone else.

I've had zero issues with the above mentioned Macrium Reflect.
Personally, I would avoid that AOMEI stuff.

Whenever I start my PC, will there be a black screen asking me to select between booting Windows or the recovery or will the PC start up as usual and the recovery feature only be activated using F11?

Using Macrium Reflect, see this:

It will simply default to the OS, unless you choose otherwise on bootup.

Have heard (in here) of far too many problems people have. Add in shady advertising/spamming/paid posting, and having other free alternatives that do the same or better....why bother with it?
