Hello, I have a question....how do i destroy my video card without voiding the warranty.....

Ok before every one will try to kill me for fraud it was just a joke,

But what i wanna do isn't destroy the GPU but worsen the defect so that THIS time they will ether try to fix it or give my money back

So this is the situation, this happen 1.5 year back in the first week after i bought the GPU when i was playing Metro 2033 Last Light i notice something like a graphic glitch, so i thought that my Monitor is dying since is 6 years old I then minimize the game with Alt+Tab and saw that there was nothing there, little did i know that in the third week that Artifacts start to reappear http://postimg.org/image/k3m844pdr

This is what I learn so far

1.The Artifacts start to appear more often in the span of 1.5 years and the only way to get rid of them is to close the program/game/restart Windows now i have to close them like 2-3 times

2.I send the GPU to service and they said that the Video Card is Ok......the Artifacts appear after 4 or so hours of use and then reappear in 1 hour interval or something like that

3.The Artifacts will in time stay there and won't disappear but when that happens the 2 years warranty will go, for 1 year i had to stay with that problem because it will appear after a few hours hence they didn't find nothing......ofc who will stay 4 hours to test an product ???

I wanna to get my money back because they cant replace the GPU they don't sell it any more + they are an retailer company like newegg , i was in the same situation with my old Video Card the cooling fan made so much noise and they give my money back because they can't replace the fan or the Video card because the didn't sell it any more.....so i expect the same to happen with this company

This is my Video Card
Sapphire Radeon R7 250X 1GB

If I manage to get my money back I will add a little more money and I can buy an
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 750 Ti OC2 WindForce 2X 2GB

P.S:this isn't a fraud since I will accelerate the defect so that i can get my money back + the card will die any way so i wanna get something out of it.....oh and I'm 100% is the GPU that makes the Artifacts

Good, the best thing you can do for an RMA is be as polite as possible with a very detailed examination of your problem. and if they reject your RMA again, then simply theres no way to get a new card. I would suggest selling it on craigslist at this point

I can clean the PC from Dust easily I have an compressor that thing can clean all the dust

The problem isn't the temps because the Artifacts appear even if i don't use the GPU like on my Browser and the temps are normal at that time.
