Power supply problem?

Hello guys :

My computer is shuting down "randomly" I believe its because the power supply its 1 year old (Thunder 700w Coolmaster) but I am not sure, any insight would be great! :)

I just installed two 8GB DDR3 1866 hyperX (Current RAM 16, I took out the other ones installed)

@Tradesman1 I havent tried that, Will do right now.

My GPU is a AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, I dont know if its showing up in the OP I posted it there :(

Is the 700w Thunder a bad idea? What should I get then? Thanks for your insight

Edit: Btw it shuts down in random times, When I am browsing pages, during the first minutes of gaming (low end and high end) , oddly enough it didnt shut down when i was rendering a video while using Sony Vegas.

Ah okay, you have an R9 270. Which isn't a power hungry card, so it's not that.
