Guys,

My Current graphic card is MSI HD 6850
CPU: fx 8350
PSU:Corsair 750W

Works Fine.

I upgraded to MSI r9290x gaming 4g

When I swap my card, the monitor shows "NO SIGNAL DETECTED"

and the motherboard vga led turns red. (GPU gets power and the fans are running)

When I swap again to my old card the monitor works fine as usual.

My new card doesn't get detected... pls help

Solution
This may seem like a stupid question but I have to ask. Did you plug in both of the 6 pin PCIE cables on the new card? Your old card doesn't need the extra power so wont have these but your new one does.
