hi guys.
im about trying a chance on buy an motherboard which costs 24.95$
but the problem is
Condition: For parts or not working
Seller Notes: “No Return - No Warranty”
but the goods is seller says
(GRADE "A" - No Noticeable Wear
GRADE "B" - Normal Wear (Minor Scratches & Scuffs but no Broken Parts)
GRADE "C" - Heavy Wear (Noticeable Scratches & Scuffs, Maybe Broken Parts - See Listing)
NOTE: Grading applies to external parts only. Default condition is GRADE "B")
any one can tell me buy ? or not buy ?
