so i just got a problem that i cant access with/without admin rights the driver c: where the windows are so when im triyng to factory reset it its not letting me i know there are other ways to do that but im not that experienced so it would be nice if someone just say to me step by step what i need to do, its a big problem because i cant download anything and access windows features because i have no access on winows folder. ill be very happy if someone helped me to solve this problem

From that description, it is impossible to suggest a 'fix'.
1. What OS? Win 8 or 8.1?
2. Where did it come from? Preinstalled or something you bought and installed?
3. Desktop or laptop?
4. Do you know the password and its not working, or do you just not know it?
5. When did this start?
6. What was the last thing you did before this happened?

1. I got windows 8.1
2. i download something and then i realised that that file installed some ad things (webbars and shit) he installed my driver c:/ so theres no place and then a window popped up and closed instantly about 8 times, after that i tried to open c:/ driver and the error message popped up "C:/ is not accessible - access denied."

its ok to lose some data to fix the issue.
i tried to change the settings for the driver C:/ but it came "Access denied"
It was preinstalled.
I was planning to reinstall it anyways so it would be great.
If its gonna work,can you type how to do that?
In case i need to download exe files,
i cannot run .exe files.
