Dears,
after breaking a the PSU and the MB for somehow reason I can’t understand I ask for the best VALUE UPS I can buy here in Italy too. I don’t want to spend a fortune. What do you suggest ? Please send me the links. I hope this part is available in my country too. Nor Newegg neither other wide electronic websites available here !!!

My build already DONE: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ctb3qs with seasonic X-750 + PNY Nvidia Quadro K2000 (not coupled yet)
+ 2 monitor Samsung 24” and couple USB 5 lug hubs, external HD, and a LAN switch

Thanks for your suggestions.

You must list the video card in your build. The Xeon you listed has no iGPU.

Xeon processor (like noted above) does not have an integrated graphics unit. If you don't buy a graphics card, then you need a different processor with iGPU, like the i3/5/7 series. And you can't overclock Xeon. I myself have a Xeon 1230v3.

Looks like you want edit videos, right? Gaming seems not to be your destination. The processor is very expensive.

Contacted this brand power walker from germany. They answered to my question in this way:

during standard operation in line mode I also think that 480W might still be good enough.
Critical point is when during power outage UPS switches to battery mode.
Here the switching behavior of the APFC power in interaction with the inverter circuit waveform defines how much buffer is required.

Besides of the VI800SW (800VA/480W) all other model you mentioned have a simulated sinewave (single pulse wave) output in battery mode.
In this combination the APFC power supplies drains much more power from UPS during switching process.
Therefore we suggested models as mentioned before.

The calculation you suggested is valid for UPS with pure sinewave output in battery mode.
Here the reaction of the power supply is different, switching peak is lower and does not require that high buffer.
Models that fulfil this requirement as below.
As price seemed to be one of your key criteria and the as models below are more expensive then the bigger units with simulated sine wave
these models where not considered for offer.

Datasheet - PowerWalker VI 1000T-HID

In your specs it shows a Sea Sonic 750W 80+ power supply. This is an APFC power supply. This type of power supplies create switching peaks
that back feed to UPS while UPS switches to battery mode (especially for UPS with simulated sinewave output in battery mode).
This peaks can in worse case be 2-3 times higher than the real power consumption of the connected device and even higher that the rating of the PC power supply.
If UPS chosen is too small then in case of power outage the UPS might detect the peak from power supply as over load and cuts the output.
To be on save side we recommend to use UPS with some safety margin.

Slightly cheaper than the model offered might be VI 2200 or VI 2200 LCD but prices are still higher than your suggested limit of 110€
Datasheet - PowerWalker VI 2200
Datasheet - PowerWalker VI 2200 LCD

If 110€ is you overall limit I’m afraid we don’t have a model that is below this price and still fulfills the power demand of the PC.

what do you think should I need to have a perfect fit ? How much should I spend and for what ?
Obviously available in the European market (possibly with schuck plugs or french !) !!!
