Strangers call me to fix my problems. How do they know I have issues?
They claim to be Microsoft partner. They pointed me to the log of problems.
I want to clear the log files and start fresh for current troubleshooting.
Please advise how to JQUERRY? Supposed remedy.

Solution

This is a 100% scam.
Did you allow them access to your system?
If not, ignore.
If yes, you have a lot of issues that you need to address.

Again...100% scam

I believe It all started with HP wireless printer (all in one) started to malfunction. started having DHCP client issues. And on 12/19/2015 12:45:39 AM Dhcp-Client 1001 Address Configuration State Event. And Error 12/19/2015 12:44:15 AM PrintService 512 Initializing a print provider. NOW I have replaced the printer and associated driver/software from the new HP Printer I just want to clear all the errors under EVENT VIEWER. I still don't Know who was into my computer to know to call me and show me the error logs which I cleared all that I could myself , But I still need to follow the jQuerry procedure from what I have gathered reading so far. with Windows PowerShell ????? I am still reading and think I have found it at this link , http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/320451-event-viewer-clear-all-events.html Which I found on a link from this site.

Just wanted to say that while they were showing me the log files and before they quoted a price I figured it was a scam and closed the session before they did anything, I hope. But still don't Know how they know that I was so claimed by them that I was generating them on their system. That's why they called me was to charge a fee for removing these errors they showed me in the event viewer. WAS THIS SOMEONE USING MY COMPUTER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WAS CONCERNED THAT THESE ERRORS WERE SLOWING THEM DOWN? AS, well I Have been noticing impaired system performance before they called. I did delete unauthorized administrator in user accounts, after talking with them on the phone? I hope it was an un authorized user? I am an Ignorant administrator as you may have become aware of, but I seek Knowledge.

I could call you up, and walk you through a series of 'clicks' or powershell commands, to show you a whole bunch of scary looking 'faults' and log files.
This is exactly what they did.

OMG!! You have 4,285 events in your Event Viewer!
I can help you fix this!

Nonsense.

Nothing was generated on their system, nothing was sent from your system to theirs. It is a scam.

There is/was nothing wrong with your PC.
