Should I download Windows or use drivers

So my build is nearly done, but now I have to find the OS. I'm wanting Windows 7, but I don't know if I need to buy a cd/dvd writer to download to my HDD or if I can download it to a USB and download it from there to the MOBO. I also have no idea which bit, 32 or 64, to buy. My build is below for a better understanding of what I'm using.

Get 64 bit. If you want 8 GB ram. 32 bit only supports up to 3.5 / 4 GB

You would still need a key for it, to activate it

First, you need to purchase Win 7.
After that, given a valid WIn 7 license, you can downoad the ISO, and covert to USB via here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

But you will need a valid, legal license key to obtain that.

Well you dont need both. Since the first one says its the dvd and the key

But I would be careful where you get it / buy it. In case theyre dodgy
