I am a little concerned because i have no other way afaik to route the cpu fan cable , the wire is possibly touching the two heatpipe on the heatsink on my i5 4590 , here 's a picture (best i could capture the situation)

Solution
That isn't an issue, but if it bothers you, then tie the cable to a heatpipe so that it won't move. The pipes can't get hot enough to damage the cable.
I would bend the wire down at the connector the best you can. However honestly it won't matter. The wire insulation can handle much more heat than what your heat sink will produce.

Think of it this way, you can touch the heat sink and not get burned, the wire will be fine.

thanks , do you think after some usage the wire will slowly come back to its original position ? like the wires usually tend to change their "shape" ? sorry for my poor english
