Far Cry 4 Won't Launch

Hey everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with Far Cry 4 that I believe is due to installation location. I bought the game through Steam, which links into Uplay, but when I click play on Steam (which thinks it's installed) and it takes me to Uplay, Uplay gives me the download option instead of launching. If I click download on Uplay nothing happens except it tries to launch the game from Steam, bringing us back to the start.

I added a second hard drive before this issue started to occur, and moved all of my steam games and the steam client over to it. So in my Steam settings, Far Cry 4 is installed in the right place being Drive E, however Uplay thinks Far Cry 4 should be installed on Drive C. Changing the installation location in Uplay won't solve this either because changing that only affects new installations. Whats odd is that this doesn't happen with Far Cry 3, which is under the exact same circumstances but works fine. Any insight on this? All answers are appreciated and thanks for reading.
