Problem runing RAM.

I have Dell precision t 3400 with 4 slots ram installed 6GB(2+2+1+1) DDR2 800Mhz pc-6400 ram installed and verified,BIOS show ram runing with 667 Mhz,What is the problem ram 800 Mhz works with 667MHz.

i updated latest BIOS A14,not solved problem again show 667Mhz runing.
