Hello guys ,

i was looking that site http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/ to see if i would be able to run witcher 3 if i buy a new GPU(gtx 960 or r9 380) !!! and i saw that i dont meet the minimum requirements for the CPU too (mine is i5 3470) :(

So here it is my question .... will i be able to run new games with my current CPU and focus on buying a good GPU or buy a GPU like gtx 750ti because a gtx 960 or r9 380 would be an overkill with my current CPU??????????

You should be okay for a little while longer. In games utilizing DX 11 single core performance matters much more than anything else. I run Witcher 3 ultra setting @ 1080p on a FX 8370 @ 5.05Ghz and R9 290 Vapor X. My processor even at 5.05Ghz in single core performance only gets 122cb in Cinebench R15, but gets 810cb when all cores are utilized. DX 11 games rely on single core performance and your i5 3470 has higher single core performance than my overclocked FX 8370. You should be fine at least until DX 12 games mainstream and then you'll have to see what that new API does to game design to see if you will need to upgrade at that time.
