Getting 2-4 BSOD every day. Mostly from Ntfs.sys and ntoskrnl.exe.

So 3 months ago my computer began to get BSOD from times to times, but now it's 2-4 a day and it's beginning to annoy me. So I hope someone could help me out. I'm using windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit operating system. BlueScreenView tells me that it mostly comes from ntoskrnl.exe. Sorry, but I'm quite bad with all this hardcore technical stuff.
(Didn't know how to get dumpfiles posted, but heard those are important.)
