my external Iomega dirve (LPHD-UP3) came up corrupt. I ran chkdsk x: /r and now it mounts and shows on disk management as Healthy with 41% free space but no data is showing up.

When I click on the drive in windows explorer is doesnt show any files or directory structure. Just blank but 272GB are used.

Is the data still there? Trying to recover/access it. Please help. Thank you!

Solution
I might have to come back on tbis one later when I'm in Windows but I suspect the file couldn't be found because you didn't name it. From memory, your syntax is right with the -h and the drive letter last.

I'm wondering if you'll get away with unhiding them in batches. Try *.* after the f:

Cant get attrib to work. Drive letter is f: should the syntax be "attrib -h f:"? I get a "File not found" message. Thanks!
