Unfortunately, you HDD could be failing.
How is the drive recognized by Disk Management?
You can start with just using a different USB cable as well as different USB port. You can even attach the drive to another system.

okay I will try this and will tell you as fast I can
Check this detail. Many current external "portable" drives (including Transcend) are sold as "USB3 Portable Drives compatible with USB2", But the truth is, you MUST plug them into a USB3 port to get enough power to operate the drive. So verify exactly what port you plug the drive into. Also, verify that you ARE using a USB3 connecting cable, not USB2.
