I've moved your thread away from Windows XP to this sub-Forum. My question is why did you buy this with a foreign language installaiton, knowing you can't read Chinese?
It makes me suspicious that you may not own this computer so the best advice you'll get here is to take it to a professional and prove ownership,. then pay to have the job done.
