Would I be able to play graphic intensive games?

I am thinking of building a cpu. the specs are as follows -
amd fx-8320
msi 970 gaming motherboard
kingston 8 gb hyper x ram
asus strix 960 nvidia graphics card
450 watt psu
1tb seagate barracuda hdd
cooler master elite 311 or k380

Is there a budgetary reason for going with AMD? If not, you would be far better off going with a current Intel chip. Also, that PSU is terribly underpowered and I would highly recommend getting something with a little more overhead.

yeah my build is in a budget so i3 or amd? and yeah I can buy corsair 500-550 watt psu

Go with a current gen i3. You'll have far more upgrade options with Skylake than you would on any current AMD platform, because they are all going to be made irrelevant when the new AMD chips come out later this year. As to the PSU, a 550 watt unit sounds like a far better choice, again because it will give you room for expansion later down the road.
