Solution
Sure. Try this solution:

1. Install Speedfan 4.51 http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
2. Click on Configuration
3. Click on Advanced
4. Choose EMC2710P Intel chipset
5. Click on FAN2 zone/mode and down choose disabled mode and click to Remember
(My recommendation: Copy shortcut of speedfan.exe to Start up folder).

Your RAM fan is set by the DELL to 2500RPM, choose disabled in Speedfan program and it will run at around 1000RPM, but your PC will be much quieter.

It`s not the answer I was looking for

The machine worked perfectly and all the component are always kept clean

This is something happened suddenly and I`m sure there is a solution

Could be a faulty fan speeding all the rest together or a faulty temp sensor?

Thanks for the help
