PC won't turn on, pressing the power button does nothing, USB's do get power. Help anyone?

Hi, in december I invested £1000 on a custom gaming PC in which its specs can be found using the following link:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/46CvXL

The problem is that my computer simply won't turn on. All the USB's get power so I can continue using it to charge devices, and use light sources etc. However upon turning it on, it suddenly has no sign of power. No LED's flashing no fans fluttering, nothing.

I have already checked to see if it was my electricity source itself what isn't working and its fine, same with my surge protector, and all wires are pushed in firmly. Also taking out all the USB's and trying doesn't work either.

If anyone has anything they can recommend me, or anyone they can refer me to that would be great. From what I have read its probably a PSU issue, which is confusing as it is relatively new.

Thank you so much.

Vinnie.

Hi Paul thanks for replying!
I have been using it for the past couple of months, it only stopped working yesterday.
I put it together, and yeah everything connected including the video card and fans etc. Sorry forgot to mention I've been using it for a while.

Hope you can get back to me, thanks man.

Have you removed the card you installed and tried the onboard video to see if it powers up?

Could be a faulty button on the front? Open the case and short the pwrbtn and gnd on the system panel header. With a screwdriver.

If it powers up the front is faulty

If you've got the manual this is on the motherboard layout page 1.3 no 14. It's called PANEL1

Its in my GPU's port. And it all worked fine before it stopped working last week, so I think you might be wrong. Thanks anyway!
