Hello, I am building a PC for my wife so I went to the local PC store and they're having a cleanout sale on some products, the H60 being one of them priced around the same you can get for a Hyper 212. My googlefu hasn't shown me any results of these headon in a benchmark so can someone give me some insight which one is the best cooler? Again the price is the same for both of them due to the H60 having a sale.

Bonus question would be, how much better is the H60 compared to the 212, thanks!

Probably not a lot of temp diff, but the 212 will be quieter. And it will never ever pee all over your components.

To be fair if I had to choose between the H60 and Hyper 212 and they were at the same price, I would pick the H60 everytime. Normally the H60 is a lot more expensive than a Hyper 212 Evo. But only do that if you have anything with the enthusiasm of liquid cooling at all. Perhaps for the average user the Hyper 212 Evo is much better longevity wise.

Thanks for the answers.
I just measured my wife's PC case and it seems like the 212 won't fit, so I'll be picking up the H60 seeing as they're around the same temperatures (leaning towards the 212) the only thing I'll regret is not being able to re-sell the H60.
