Does anyone know how to access the print head alignment dialog box on a canon pixma mg2920 printer? It is printing the alignment test sheet, but is not sending me to the print head alignment dialog box to enter the correct numbers. My alignment is severely misaligned and I need to get to the alignment dialog box to correct it. I have printed the alignment sheet in both automatic and manual mode and it just returns to the maintenance tab in the printer properties box after it prints instead of prompting me to scan the page and enter the best alignment values.

My Canon printer is an 'MG' model so hopefully the same method.
By default, Print Head Alignment is done automatically when the driver is asked to perform that task.
What you require is manual print head alignment:
Open the Maintenence tab in the printer driver dialogue.
Click the "Custom Settings" button.
Tick the box for "Align heads manually" & click "OK"
Now click on 'Print Head Alignment' as you usually do, but this time it should allow you to go through the manual process.
