So hello guys, i found this sweet Asus GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II OC with a very attractive price (320$) the problem is, the card, to my bad luck unlike the MSI and some of the other variants using 1x6 and 1x8 pins, use 2x 8 pin which i don't have on my OCZ ZS Series 650 watt PSU that got only a 1x6 and 1x8 pins ( https://www.scan.co.uk/PDFs/Products/41657.pdf ), so the question is ... is there any reliable work around? something to do ? maybe hook it on the 1x6 and 1x8 ? (well the reference and MSI variants use them anyway).

Thanks for the answer :D
And that aside, i mean the Reference model and the MSI model ( https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_780_Ti_Gaming/4.html ) use a 1x8 and 1x6 the Asus model can't go far to require those 2x8 pin i thought, plus since the 1x8 deliver 150w and the 1x6 deliver 75w + maybe the wattage from the pcie slot istelf ? it do deliver some watts isn't , i used to power a 750 ti gtx without any pin (75w card)

Unlike the MSI, the Asus card can exceed 150W+75W+60W (285W): https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_780_Ti_Direct_Cu_II_OC/22.html That's why they need two 8-pin PCI-E connectors. The 6-pin PCI-E cable has 3 +12V wires; that's why you can use a 6-pin to 8-pin adapter which shouldn't be an issue with a single +12V rail. Since the GPU can draw up to 27A (no game will draw that much power), that leaves 19A for the rest of the system; that should be plenty unless you have a 220W AMD CPU.

Thanks again that was very reassuring ! so i should buy it then, for the info i have an i3 4330 that shouldn't draw so much power, and with the card there is an 8 pin to 2x6 pins adapter, i can use it i guess ? plug a 6 pin to my 6 pin and leave the other hanging

Just a last question, why is exactly the included https://scontent-cdg2-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xlf1/v/t34.0-12/12782546_1119751978043400_1688557758_n.jpg?oh=35eb283f346c21ac682885b002cea250&oe=56CF6396 cable useless to me ? it is 8 pin to 2x 6 pins, i mean if i plug one 6 pin to my psu and leave the other hanging it's like getting a straight 8 to 6 since it's the same cable no ?
