Physical fit will depend on the length of the exact card you choose. They aren't all the same length. Then you will have to measure inside the case from the expansion slot cover, along the PCIe x16 slot, to the first obstruction the card would come to. Usually the drive cage.

But if your PC looks like this inside: http://www.computershopper.com/var/ezwebin_site/storage/images/media/images/hp-pavilion-p7-1030-inside/827956-1-eng-US/hp-pavilion-p7-1030-inside_maxwidth.jpg
...you should have no obstructions other than wires to move aside.
