Guys my system is powering on,all fans and lights are working but it is not booting up.I cant see my BIOS too.No hard disk activity too (No HDD Lights).

Biostar G41D3C LGA775 Motherboard
Intel E5200 2.5 ghZ Cpu

4GB RAM

Problem Description
I have been experiencing this problem since a long time,it happened earlier too but after some shaking of Cabinet or restarting by reset switch it gets back on.But after some day it happens again.It happened the same thing now but this time it wont turn back on.
When I press the Power Button my fans spin and blue light of CPU lights but the red one ( H.D.D Led) remains silent,there is no display too,no BIOS nothing.Basically it just powers on but never boots in reality.

Stuffs Tried
I tried that 30 second method,pressing the power button for 30 seconds after detaching all the cables from the Cabinet,but it changed nothing.
I tried resetting CMOS by the CMOS switch,but it didn't solved either.
I tried taking everything off from motherboard and cleaned it and hooked it up back.
I tried taking all the components off and putting it back one by one,Still nothing.
Observations
When I hooked everything one by one,even when there was only motherboard,CPU,PSU and RAM,there was still problem in starting up (so I might blame CPU or PSU or Mobo).
There was no beeps heard by me.
