might be a stupid question sorry : Also let me know if this is future proof if yes for how much years

Solution
Well, i picked up a XFX one 650W (ProSeries) and they're amazing, i love it (semi modular, love the cables and they comes with 2x6-2pin and an extra pair) but EVGA (Supernova if you can affort it) or Seasonic. There is no way to go wrong with that brands.
I've heard bad things about using a Skylake Cpu with ddr3 ram, even if it does say it's compatible via the motherboard. I'd swap out the motherboard and upgrade to ddr4 ram myself. Or, just go with a slightly cheaper Haswell Refresh build and stick with ddr3. Other than that, and checking pricing right now, you have the right idea for parts.

As was stated earlier, drop that Psu-shaped bomb and go to a better quality item. Again, eVga, Corsair(non-CX(M)/GS line), SeaSonic, Antec, Xfx.

The answer to that would be, yes. I'd drop down to the last generation of Intel Cpu's to save some money, and put that money into a better Psu. Doesn't matter how good your inside components are if the Psu decides to break down on you and it fries everything in your case. And yes, with a low quality Psu, that can happen.

oh i thought that r9 390 needed a min 750W

i will go with the one u sent looks good :)

That's as cheap of a Psu as will ever get recommended, and that at only pure budget builds. It's a tier 3 as well. Also Flayon, if you read before that other forum link you provided, that same person also forgot to add that there are issues if the RAM is over 1.35v. Like I said earlier, there have been issues with Skylake and ddr3 Ram.

The drop from a comparable Skylake/ddr4 build and Haswell Refresh/ddr3 build really is minimal. You should also save money, making it worth it overall to drop down. Even in 5 years time it won't matter which one you have because either will still be very relevant gaming wise. Think about how worthwhile it would be to upgrade from Sandy Bridge i5 to a brand new SKylake i5...it's still not worth it to upgrade. If I were building a brand new system, I'd buy Skylake/ddr4, but if I had to save some money, my first drop would be back down to Haswell Refresh/ddr3 and I wouldn't regret that at all.
