I can't give a specific parts list because I live in the US and don't even know if that little E is Euros or Pounds... Heh
Anyways, if you want it to be easily upgraded in the future, go with Intel. You'd probably want to get an i3 if you're on a tight budget, but with that setup you'd be able to upgrade to an i5 or i7 in the future without having to switch boards. I'd say go with LGA 1150, but if you want to use the newest Skylake CPUs, you'd need an LGA 1151 motherboard. I'd go with LGA 1150, though. I'll try to make a list for you, but that seems like a tight budget. Consider buying used?

Lots of upgrade potential with this, will work with just about any video card. Use the onboard graphics until you can afford a better graphics card.

1.First of get the right platform = Intel skylake. 1151 ddr4

Amd is currently still in 2012 this was back when Bf3 was all new and shiny ;-)

2. Get an i3 to start with this is plenty for 1080p gaming, with this platform you can always get an i5 later on. Or even an i7

3. Use your money on the gpu i would get a Nvidia gtx 960 or r9 370

4.dont be too cheap on the Psu this will be used later on, with a high end gpu or cpu. So don't be cheap here. Silverstone, Antec are good brands.

Two hard drives?

No wonder I couldn't fit a graphics card in! :)
