After that i decided to go to device manager and disabled the integrated hd graphics by intel, then my pc restarted and i have a black screen eversince, I triend to remove my gpu and restart pc still no signal (black screen).
Then i plugged my card back in still didnt work,

Do you have access to an old graphics card, any old graphics card?
It doesn't matter if its 5 or 10 years old. Get a couple, talk to a friend who still has some, check that they work on any other system. You just need a temporary holdover until you restore the integrated graphics.

Not knowing if maybe your PCI-E slot is messed up, a regular old PCI card wouldnt be a bad idea.
(... resurrection of the DIAMOND STEALTH!!! )

Plug the old card in and bring up the PC.
At that point, you can re-enable the integrated graphics.
