All In One computer POSTS 1/12 times after Windows 10 update?

I recently received an all in one pc. They gave it to me because the bios only loads about 1 out of every 12 times I turn it on. This started happening after they updated it to Windows 10. When it doesn't boot, the fans spin and the screen turns on but nothing is displayed. I've reseated my ram and cpu and still no dice. I've reset the CMOS by taking the battery out, and it's still the same. Could the update corrupt the BIOS? Thanks for your help

No it wont corrupt the BIOS. Update it see if that fixes it

But dont use a beta BIOS. Theyre buggy

Or do a clean install of 10. Upgrades dont always work .. You can have probs

How could I update the BIOS if the computer won't even boot? All the fans and lights turn on, but there is nothing else happening. Are you saying to update it when it does boot every once in a while?
