Hi there RMKHODA,

In my view, the HDD is failing. This is supported by the fact that it failed the test of the brand specific testing tool as well.
In case it is recognized on your friend's PC, I would suggest you to back up all the data stored on the drive.
Apart from that, you can try using different cables(both SATA and power ones) and different SATA port when attaching it to your PC.

If the drive is 2 years old, there is a chance that it is under warranty. My suggestion would be to contact the place you got it from or the manufacturer's support.

You can test it with some of these as well: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Let me know in case you have some more questions,

Thx for response. I already have backup all data. Formated and deleted all partition In friend's pc.But when I connected hdd without creating partition in my Both pc. Even Bios didn't detected the hdd. But as i again tried it with friend's pc. They Easily detected hdd and successfully created new partitio, copied across 1tb data in hdd again without any problem. And Ya i hve tried it with three power supplies...different cables and in sata ports too. And seagate provide us only 2 year warranty here...so no Chance.

Well, this is really strange, if we assume that you've tried properly working cables and different SATA ports. Can you check if the drive is powering up at all?
I doubt that this is PSU related problem. Can you attach another HDD to your system in order to see if it will get recognized. That way you will see if all of this is caused by the HDD or something else.
