Is it worth getting better parts? (GTX 950 vs. 960, Pentium G4400 vs. ???)

Here is the build I'm considering so far:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nqVxnQ

Intel Pentium G4400
EVGA GTX 950 SC ACX 2.0 2GB
8GB DDR4 CL14 RAM

1. Would it be worth the extra money to get the GTX 960 instead ($30 @ time of writing)?
2. If I did that, would I have to get a better CPU to avoid bottleneck?
3. Do you have any better suggestions for around the same price range that would improve the price/performance ratio? (AMD equivalent or other Intel/Nvidia models, either is fine - just don't want to go over $500)

Solution
if this is for 1080p gaming a 950 sould be fine unless you are going to do extreme graphic enhancement mods of some kind however you really should get a better cpu a i3 6300 6320 or i5 6400 would be a much better choice. or in that price range an amd cpu like a fx 6300 or 8320 may also be good.

Solution
1. the upgrade from a 950 to a 960 isnt a huge leap, but worth a $30 difference.
2. i'd recommend a better cpu either way. the pentium's main disadvantage is lower minimum frames. an i3 or better would give you a better experience.
3. suggestion below
