1600mhz memory running 1333mhz, why?

Hi! - As topic.

XMP is enabled, target speed set to 1600mhz, yet 2 out my 4 RAM sticks runs at 1333mhz.

I got 4x4GB. 2x runs at 1600, remaining 2 run att 1600mhz. (the 2 newer ones, just bought)

Any idea why?
