Hello,

I am in the process of downsizing my completely unnecessary ATX build to a more compact itx build that would fit comfortably on my desk buy also by my TV.

I have made a pcpartpicker list and just wanted some opinions to make sure everything was compatible.

Temps are a concern with this sort of super powerful itx build which explains the 2 noctua fans which will go in the GPU compartment to expel some of the air from the aftermarket 980 ti.

The CPU, GPU and RAM are taken from my ATX build so they can't be changed unfortunately. I would have got a reference 980 ti. However, I already own the card so am not going to buy a new one.

Finally LOL, This is just a gaming pc (I go the i7 on a sweet deal on black friday which explains why i7 just for gaming) is 16gb RAM needed for gaming or could I save some cash (sort of haha) and go with 8.

Thanks in advance

Hey Friend...very cool system youre planning. If you can fit all the fans listed, I think youre going to be pleased with the temps.

To your question on memory, 8GB will be fine...but I would purchase it in 1 stick so you can upgrade to 16GB later.

PS: Just looked at the case specs...can't see where you can mount 2x 120mm fans. I see what looks like one 120mm mesh on top, is there one on the bottom?
