Hello. I play low-end games like CS:GO currently on an Acer laptop and get around 40-60 fps on lowest settings on normal maps. I want to get the best possible PC for $450, focusing on the case, mobo, cpu, gpu, and I really want a semi-modular psu like the CX430m. Thanks!

Solution
Here is system #1
Low CPU, medium GPU, high RAM, ATX mobo (more expansion slots, generally more reliable), semi-modular PSU.

You don't want a corsair CX psu ever, they're garbage quality units that come with a ton of issues.

There's just no way you could also fit a monitor and mouse and keyboard into that budget though.

Sorry everyone, I forgot to mention, I already have an OS and just need a PC. I have a build in mind with an Pentium G4400 and a 750ti. The LGA1151 will allow me to upgrade to an i5/i7 later on.

Intel Core i5 build (cheaper parts, generally): http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HmsJsY
Reliability build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pYxYVn

Regarding the EVGA power supplies, they were rated as tier 3 power supplies on the tier list, so they're fine power supplies. I've had the EVGA 500B for a few years problem free. I hope these builds will help you in deciding a system to build. Maybe you can switch around a few parts from each build for your needs.
