yes iv tried it in the registry went to "0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583" set all valuemax to 0 .put power to performace went to advance power profile and set core parking to 0 under cpu and still getting parked cores ? havent tried 3rd party program to disable yet
