Hello... Manually doing it in the registry is where ya gotta do it... Youtube it for your Windows version.

yes iv tried it in the registry went to "0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583" set all valuemax to 0 .put power to performace went to advance power profile and set core parking to 0 under cpu and still getting parked cores ? havent tried 3rd party program to disable yet

Hello... You need to use the F3 key to walk through all the "Power modes" that were created in Reg, too get them all... Like I said I'm intel... and there seems to be topics created as to your same problem.
